Called one morning, indicating that I had a kitchen drain tha was absolutely not draining properly. The receptionist asked 1 or 2 questions about the drain location and cleanouts available.

Not even 3 hours after calling, I received a call indicating our plumber was on his way. Upon his arrival and quick review of the clogged drain he proceeded to unclog the slow drain.

Having just moved into my new home I wasn’t expecting my shower and toilet to back up every time the facets were being used. When I googled plumbers in Tampa each company I called took my info but never got back to me but when I came across Olin plumbers the Tampa location, I spoke to Lindsay who reassured me help was on the way. Boy was she right! Danny, Lee and Brandon went up and beyond to make sure my issues got resolved. Having a newborn and my grandmother visiting with and osteomy bag I was worried what we would do but those gentlemen made sure my family was aware they weren’t leaving until the problem was fixed. I had some plumbing issues come up on a home inspection that I wasn't prepared for, and needed someone fast. These guys were out in less than 24 hours! They were able to locate the items on the inspection quickly, explain what needed to be done, give me a very reasonable quote, and had the work done within a few hours. Provided pictures and the invoice for the inspectors to see, and all done within 24 hours of me even finding out there were issues. These guys are great! I wouldn't ever call anybody else.
