Adam was professional, fixed our septic tank and got us up and running again quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

Dennis was out today to install a new hot water tank. We needed him in a real hurry, we had water every where. He was awesome! He came out same day, and it was a Friday.

I LIVE OUT OF TOWN FROM TAMPA AND CONTACTED MIKE FROM BAY AREA PLUMBING GIVE ME A BID FOR REPLACING THE WATER SUPPLY LINE FROM STREET TO HOUSE AT MY MOTHER'S HOME
HE PROVIDED THE BID AND WAS ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE JOB.
THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. THEY RAN INTO SOME DIFFICULTY'S WHICH REQUIRED MORE LABOR TIME, BUT WAS VERY FAIR IN BILLING AND DID NOT CHARGE FOR A LOT OF THE EXTRAS.
THIS COMPANY IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS

Victor and Luis came to install a new sink, faucet, plumbing for that as well as a new dishwasher.
We have a 44 yr old home where nothing is level or plumb. They both work soooo very hard to make sure everything works properly and is installed correctly considering all the old home issues.
They go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied customers.
A few Yrs ago, Alvarez Plumbing did our entire home repipe , and they had many issues then as well. But were successful in the installation and never have any plumbing issues since.
Jason who set us up with Victor and Luis is awesome as well, he was diligent in making sure things were going to be ok with all of these house issues.
We DONOT use anyone else for our plumbing needs, they are honest courteous , they clean up any mess they make and take care not to damage anything, and a pleasure to have in our home.

David and Jordan did an excellent job! Our hot water went out and they were able to replace the tank the next day. They were friendly and professional. Did a thorough job and explained everything, including a breakdown of the cost. They went above and beyond to position the tank so we could access it more easily. We will definitely call them for future plumbing projects. Thank you!

Received service the same day. Repairman was here within 2 hours. Total experience went well. The guy was really good and got the job done but showing up without a mask lost you 1 star. Especially after I was Covid-Screened over the phone, told he would ba masked and our entire house wore masks to make him feel safe. Not everyone here has been vaxed. Our safety was not considered. Other than that, the overall service experience was perfect. Nice job!

An emergency situation and they were recommended by my meter reader and they came through in a big way. They fit me in and did a great job. Their attitude was one of customer service and fixing the problem with quality.

I could not be happier with the service from Rahn Plumbing. I called on behalf on my parents who were having a leak issue and didn't know what to do, and Robin was so informative and scheduled them in right away. Paul was prompt and took care of the issue so quickly. I was kept in the loop even though I couldn't be there as well, which was great.

They were affordable, professional, and incredibly personable. I truly appreciate the care and service they extended to my parents. Would recommend to any and everybody.
