I had home in St Pete that had leak outside Dwayne and crew can out, found the leak and price to fix it was well below the 3 companies I called before him. Not only did they correct the problem he went into the house and found a major leak in the kitchen that we didn't know about. We moved to a bigger house in Tampa. Once again found some plumbing issues and once again called on Dwayne. Need for a plumber this is the company to call take care of all plumbing issues quick fast and reasonable prices. Drain-Flo way to go!!!

Totally worthless with their 24 hour service. We run a property management business and are currently dealing with a plumbing emergency at one of our properties. Called them and their after hours call service answered and took our details. After waiting for a call from the plumber for 25 minutes we called back. They said they were still trying to get in touch with the on call guy. But they were confused and thought we had an ac problem. It’s 1am....we want to go back to sleep, the tenants want to go to sleep. This is when people need effective quick service.

I called them tonight due to a plumbing emergency (half of our apartment is flooded with toilet water), as their website stresses their “24 hours, 7 days a week” service. It was not even 11:30pm. The rude woman who answered interrupted me in the middle of my sentence to tell me that that’s a complete lie. Would absolutely never recommend, they should definitely change their website because it’s misleading and their answering employees, as they wouldn’t provide me with any resources, nor give me the time of day to speak. Horrible service.

Having meet Doug J., and needing a inspection on two unit at my house. Doug came over with Carlos one of their techs. I felt comfortable to have Alverez replace the two units. A great desicion to use them, Carlos and his co-techs did a fantastic job, alot better than the builder Ac company had done. Neat and clean , communicated with me thru out job. Alverez you have a great team.

Contacted Olin Friday morning, desperate to fix the leak outside my house that was gushing like an oil well until I turned the water off at the street. I talked with Jennifer and she told me somebody would be out that day between 12 & 4. Somebody was.She also told me she'd contact me when he was 30 minutes out. She did.The repairman, Joe, arrived when Jennifer told me he would (3:30), he quickly identified what needed to be done and did it. I also knew what needed to be done and I would be able to tell if he tried to BS meThe Johnson valve is broken and needs to be re-calibrated. Then we'llneed to bore out the piston shaft on the leverage arm, and so on.He didn't try and BS me.Finally, the cost for having the work done was very, very reasonable. In closing, three things to remember about Olin plumbing:1. They do what they say they're going to do2. The plumber that came to my house, Joe, was competent, proficient and efficient.3. Won't try and sell you something you don't need and will charge a fair price for the work that needs to be done.

Big scam, over charged for garbage disposal and they took my old good one with them. Beware big scam. And they didn’t fix the problem!

I had a previous sewage repair call from another company and the technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I did not have them do the repair because they didn’t inspire confidence.
I called Gulfshore Plumbers instead, and I’m so glad I did! Gulfshore is family owned and operated and it shows. Joey is friendly, professional, and thoughtful. He’s young, but knows his stuff and that became apparent within the first few minutes.
He was meticulous, but fast & had the problem diagnosed in about 5 minutes. The full repair was done the next morning for more than $100 less than the other company wanted. Couldn’t be happier with the service or pricing!

The staff at Tampa Bay Plumbing LLC were nothing but professional. They found the issue with my master bathroom and did an excellent job repairing the previous work that had been done (not done by them). All of the guys who came out were very polite and made sure to keep me informed of what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the issues. I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them.
