Best Residential Plumbing Services in Tampa FL

Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. Thanks for the excellent work and old school customer service.

Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

Jose with Llona plumbing is a first-class gentleman. He was prompt, honest, respectful and extremely fair. He thoroughly explained the various issues that could be occurring and immediately diagnosed the problem in no time. When you need a plumber, ask for Jose and you won't be disappointed.

What a relief to find an honest and reasonable plumber. Elite was very responsive to my request to locate a leak after receiving a very large water bill. He found on leak, but since the water meter was still spinning he said there was another leak that he couldn't find. He suggested to call an expert leak detection company to find it. Elite did not charge for theservice call. We will call him back for repairs once the next leak is located.

My experience with David at Pink Plummer was amazing! I was under so much stress just fearing the unknown and David assured me he would be honest, fair and take care of the problem. His professionalism is outstanding. David Explained everything to me and never made me feel rushed on making a decision. He has earned my trust and thanks to him Pink Plummer has my business. He spoke highly of his company and was proud in saying they are wonderful to work for. He even shared information about how they donate to the community when I asked him about their participation with Breast cancer.
