As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

The service technician, Ramone was extremely efficient, skilled and respectful in repairing an electrical issue. Outstanding service!!!

Have had some plumbing issues called this company they were happy to assist, on time, quick estimate no charge. Did the jobs very happy with results.

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. My wife is 9 months pregnant and Saturday afternoon we had a pipe break in our wall so had to turn off the water until it was fixed. Every other plumber was either busy or charged 100s just to come out since it was after hours. Not Llona. After calling in I received a call back within 30 minutes explaining when a tech could arrive. As expected it was a busy day for them but Orlay arrived at 8pm and didn't leave until the issue was fixed and we had running water again. So thankful for him and this business! We look forward to working with them on all our future plumbing needs.

We were having a problem with our water softener after a power outage and needed help from Pink Plumber. I had reset all of the date/start times on the timer, touched the recycle button and nothing happened. Mike Gregorio from Pink Plumber arrived at our house, reviewed what I did, then pushed and held the restart button....system turned on!! Mike said he was happy to help, no charge and left....he said no charge for learning how to hold down a button...thanks again Michael!
