Subpar work when hooking the sink under my bathroom vanity faucet. Also they don’t seem to follow up with you when they need parts. Apparently that coordination is your responsibility as the customer.

As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

Busted my outside faucet allowing water to gush out all over my lawn. Called True Plumbers and got not only a quick response on the phone, but a repair person (John) was on premises way ahead of his scheduled time of arrival. The repair was done quickly and John was very professional.

I’ve used Excellent Plumbing Services a number of times. They have replaced my old hot water tank with a new tankless system. Today they replaced all the plumbing fixtures in our shower/bathtub. They are truly excellent in quality of work and responsiveness to their customer. Recommend then highly.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

The job is not finished but so far Llona team has been amazing, it began with Ross, then Christie, Manny and Chip. My water heater went out, its only 3 yo Rheem. Ross advocated for me, Christie had to work hard with Rheem, though still under warranty. AWESOME!

Kenny and his team came out and installed a tankless water heater for me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

They were very nice and efficient when installing the water heater but it took almost 24 hours for the hot water to come on after the install and it only lasted for a few hours. They came back to check on it and they didn’t charge me extra and the water was pretty hot but then it went out later that night. Have been without it for a couple nights now and am waiting to see if they will come back and check it out. They assure me it was installed correctly so they are hesitant about coming back out to look. Am happy they did not charge extra fees but the job was not seen to completion. Will need to reach out to another plumber about coming to fix
