I had home in St Pete that had leak outside Dwayne and crew can out, found the leak and price to fix it was well below the 3 companies I called before him. Not only did they correct the problem he went into the house and found a major leak in the kitchen that we didn't know about. We moved to a bigger house in Tampa. Once again found some plumbing issues and once again called on Dwayne. Need for a plumber this is the company to call take care of all plumbing issues quick fast and reasonable prices. This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.
