This is the best ac business we’ve ever used. Had handler and ac replaced. The unit we paid for wasn’t in stock, Mark upgraded us without extra charge. Had unit delivered and placed same day. Called them on Memorial Day, crew was here the next day. Marcus came to our home , gave us a bid, ordered unit same day. Next day was installed so we didn’t have to wait with this heat. Marcus,Mark, Les, Daniel were all very polite, honest, . I just don’t have the words to describe this company, except PERFECT!!! We highly recommend!!!!

Noticed my toilet bubbling while taking a shower and having been thru this before at a different house, I knew I needed a plumber. I called Olin and they arranged to send someone out that afternoon. Joe arrived and very quickly assessed the problem. He called in for support and spent the better part of an hour unclogging my main drain line. Both gentleman were conscientious and polite and were very careful not to damage my floors or walls as they brought in the heavy equipment needed to fix the problem. All is working well now and if I have plumbing issues in the future, I will ask for Joe (don't know his last name--hope he is the only Joe at Olin) again.

First off I can not say enough about Gulfshore Plumbers. Adrian, Joey and their crew are amazing. We called them out for a water main leak and then had them look out some replumbing that we knew that we would need done. They gave us a great quote for all the work that needed to be done. This was not an easy task because of the age of the house but they knocked it out of the ballpark. As far as I am concerned I will never call another company again for any work that needs to be done. THANK YOU GUYS for everything!

I just got this company number from a gray suv to contact them and like 2 miles away the same guy just insulted me and gave me a middle finger just because he was speeding. Very particular workers .

We had a laundry drain blockage and I called Total Plumbing and they were able to get onsite very quickly. The plumbing technician, Ted, diagnosed the issue and had it resolved quickly. Ted was very professional and clean - the work area was left spotless. I would recommend Total Plumbing.

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.
