We woke up today to discover water seeping onto the floor of one bathroom, and sewage backing-up into the tub and shower of two bathrooms. This was very upsetting. Richard from Olin came to locate the clog. He was very professional & reassuring. Richard quoted a reasonable price and kept us advised during the repair(s). During his inspection of one of the toilets, he discovered the bracket was incorrectly installed. The Service exceeded our expectations. We recommend Olin Plumbing! Ask for Richard.

Scam artists! They were hired to do a job… install grease trap, water heater and other plumbing jobs. They failed to complete this, the trim out, etc. One of the owners or managers called yelling and screaming threatening to remove permit if all the money wasn’t paid up front, even though there was a contract clearly stating payment terms. As soon as they got the money they disappeared and never came back. This is the type of company that gives all contractors a bad name. Stay away.

Jacob came out about 30-40 minutes after I called him (mind you it's Sunday evening) after I broke an outdoor hose spicket. He was simply amazing. Rewelded a faucet back on it AND filled the hole that was made by the repair. I can't speak highly enough of him and his work. I look forward to using him for future repairs. Thanks again Jacob!
