Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

We had a leak in the copper pipes located within the cement foundation of our house. As a result (and based on experience with another property) we decided to have our house completely re-piped with PEX from the curb to the faucets. Everydayplumber.com had just done this same work at a neighbor's house and we were very impressed with the workmanship and workers who did the work. I called and got a cost estimate equal to that of my neighbor (which I found to be a very fair price) and signed up for the re-piping. Work started within 2 days and was completed in 2 weeks -- with an absolute MINIMUM of disruption in our living. The leak was isolated and shut off while the work was done, so we had running water except for the few times when the water had to be shut off to make connections.

The workers were skilled, competent and communicated extremely well as to what they would be doing so as to create no suprises. Their work was neat and it is now hard to tell that the re-piping even took place.

I was extremely satisfied with Everydayplumber.com and would recommend them without any reservations.

Everyone was great to deal with from the first phone call to when they left. I called to find out pricing on some basic work and they were the only company ( I called 5) that would give me an estimate over the phone. When I called back to book the appointment Tammy told me that they would called before arriving. I received a call from Ricky, he called to inform that he was 20 minutes away. Upon showing up Ricky and his helper Mario confirmed that problem with the toilet and also found an additional problem. We discuss the problem and cost and they got right on the additional work without hesitation. After snaking the line to clear the clog the quickly finished replacing the wax seal on the toilet. I also wanted the water line hooked up to my refridearator so we could have filtered water and ice. They ran all the plumbing necessary and after finding low pressure took the time to go back and research why and resolve it. Great guys, very professional and next time I need a plumber I will call Bay Area Plumbing and ask for Ricky.

We had our home repiped because of a slab leak. Our home is 1958 so the existing plumbing lines were on borrowed time, instead of having our floor busted up and deal with future leaks from old plumbing lines we had Landmark replace all piping, not an easy job on an older, block, flat roof home. Jason the owner, Nico & Sokol did an excellent job. Nico work days in our shallow roof and insulate all the lines. The City Of Clearwater plumbing inspector continued to comment on the excellent, thorough workmanship performed to complete the job. So yes, we highly recommend this company. Victoria

Plumbgreat! LLC did a fantastic job on replacing my master bathroom sinks. They were very conscientious about wearing masks and shoe covers. Everything was clean and tidy when they left. The work was completed in the time frame they suggested. I will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend! Anthony was EARLY, polite, treated me w/ respect! That man spent ALL day (he had to dig up my old pipes in my yard and reroute) making sure the job was done properly. He identified the problem in minutes! … he’s the water whisperer, my front yard was flooded and he spotted the location of the leak quickly. They were the only company that was able to send someone same day for my plumbing emergency!!! And was 1 of 2 companies that called me after requesting an estimate from all the professionals listed. Anthony would also explain what steps he was taking and any hiccups he faced. All done in a respectful way. I prefer to know what’s happening without hovering over him, and he did exactly that. Now, there was only one negative… after a heavy rain storm, the dirt in the holes for the piping packed in, causing major dips and caverns in the ground. Luckily, I’m capable to fill in the dirt where it lacked. Being a single female, I felt comfortable, respected and not taken advantage of. Highly recommend! Great company!
