Exceptional service! Had an urgent issue with a blocked sewer line on a Saturday evening, and Richard from this company came right away. He resolved the issue in about 15 minutes and even fixed our toilet tank. All of this at a fair price. Highly recommended! :)

Jarrett is the most professional and competent plumber we have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago and we have interacted with more than 5. He was on time and was able to determine what needed to be done to install our whole house water softener and filter and repair a toilet. I’ve been a member of red cap since owning a home in Tampa and recently had a duct work issue in which I called Red Cap. The technician they sent out on the first day was not overly friendly but did the work respectfully. We noticed that evening that a light system was not working in the same area that we had the duct work. We called Red Cap back and they sent the same technician to fix the issue. He was annoyed from the start at being at our home and talked down to me. He fixed the issue and walked out of my house without saying a word to me. I am definitely in the market for a new plumbing and ac company now. If there had been mutual respect I would stay a Red Cap customer.
