This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

Kenny and Ben did all the plumbing for my two bathroom remodels that included expanding the master shower and rerouting pipes in a 1962 home. they did an absolutely wonderful job. I would use them again for anything that comes up. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needed. Fair prices and very knowledgeable, not to mention very timely.

Horrible experience. Misquoted price. Late show up times (multiple). Not having all the parts needed for the install. Two blown remotes from having hooked up the remote power line to the main power line. The third remote was delivered days later and I had to hook it up. Temp dip switches set for a mountainous area, etc. All over the span of almost 2 weeks and to top it off, somehow managed to stop my water softener from working which they installed earlier last year. Would not recommend.

Highly recommended. I found Bay Area through the TECO water heater program. Mike was very helpful in showing me my options and explaining the details of a tankless water heater. He did an excellent job and it looks extremely professional. Everything went so well I had him do some extra plumbing work and I once again was very pleased with the entire interaction.

Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking Spigot on the outside of my home that ended up leaking between the walls and flooding my bathroom and bedroom. I called The Clean Plumber and they sent their Tech out on a Sunday morning to fix my problem. Paul Ron was my tech and you could not ask for a better representative for your company. He had to work outside on his knees in the rain to repair my problem and did it all very professionally without complaining about the elements. He was courteous and thorough, answering all my questions and making sure everything worked well before leaving. I was so impressed with Paul that I asked for him specifically a few weeks later when I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Again, Paul did a great job! He is an outstanding tech and really understands customer service!

Elvis responded to our late call and was very patient and courteous. Our drains were backed up and he stayed until he had them working, he used his auger in a clean out outside in the rain for hours. He got us up and running, explained everything to us, and charged us what he quoted up front. He was very pleasant to work with even considering all of the hang ups we ran into. Excellent job! Excellent service! Highly recommended.

Don't look any further use All Pro Plumbing! Rolando was here today and he is awesome. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable, he shared that knowledge with me. He thoroughly explained the problem we were having and more importantly why it happens. He got right to work and told me he would teach me how to flush the hot water heater myself so I could do the maintenance annually to avoid this problem in the future! Being originally from up north where we are not required to drain our water heaters, I didn't know Florida water is different and a nasty build up happens. Rolando fixed the heater pretty fast and then walked me thru all the steps so I know know what to do. He's such an asset to your company! He was so personable and friendly I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and the education we got. Great service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone. I'm going to post this experience in our Peridia neighborhood Facebook page as well so if any neighbors are looking they know where to call.
