First time customer. Found leak on a Friday morning. Technician was on site by 1:30pm. Tech David was polite, and very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and had the parts on hand to do the repair on my mobile home. Price was reasonable.

Their customer service is wonderful and we truly appreciated their quick response time. That being said, we got charged quite a bit for a very quick fix. We appreciated the company reaching out to us to discuss our concerns and understand their pricing model is what it is; however, they could have made a customer for life if the technician had the choice to charge based on the level of effort for the fix rather than sticking to their pricing model/script they use.

I'm renting a location in Tampa and had an expected leak. My rental company called this company called Titan plumbing and was met by Israel and Shane. Both of them were phenomenal to work with. They were both punctual and professional. They not only educated me on the what the problem may be but also gave me tips on what to do to prevent any further plumbing problems in the near or distant future. All in all great experience.
