When brought to the attention of Modern Plumbing, they tried their best to convince me that this was good enough, instead of replacing with the correct part. We paid for this equipment AND installation. If even the label says it's wrong, it should be corrected. We paid for a thorough and correct installation of all equipment. Modern Plumbing did not wish to fix their error. They just tried to convince me to accept it.
