I had a job that I required someone I could trust to be reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Mitchell and his team were excellent. I was impressed with the responsiveness and how fast they could finish a project while maintaining a high quality. Very hard to find a company that can check all the boxes and still have great prices. Will certainly be using them again on future projects.

Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the travel charge wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.

I have been trying to get a plumber to come out for, literally, YEARS but none would ever even bother to show up and i’d have to start all over again. Ricky and Charles not only showed up, on time, they fixed everything all at once, right away, for a very reasonable price! Nice guys, too. I’ve finally found a plumber!
