I called another company fist. When they arrived, before even looking at the issue, they began telling me it was possible that I needed to have massive amounts of work done. They were not interested in my description of the issue or seeing the problem, just prepping me for high dollars. I asked them to leave.I called Roto-Router, half expecting the same. I am happy to say, that was not the case. They were able to arrive in about an hour, I was already impressed. Tyler, the tech who arrived, listen to the issue, explained my options and went straight to work. The pricing was fair, his work was great, and took pride in cleaning up after he was completed with the work. I can highly recommend Roto-Router, specifically Tyler. Great experience for a tough situation.
