Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

The main sewage drain was clogged I and contacted Rotor-Rooter for service. Access to the main at our home was very easy (outside on side of house, ground level). The first quote the tech gave was crazy expensive at $400.00 for a simple clearing. After some negotiating, the price came down to $250.00. The job took all of 15 minutes. There are other plumbing companies offering the same service for as low as $79.00. Take my advice and contact them first before you use Rotor-Rooter.

Total plumbing solutions was very responsive when my water heater went out. They got to me quickly and took care of my issue for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again
