Nathan W. was out to follow up on our toilet since the leak recurred. He was friendly and polite, as well as efficient and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly but thoroughly, taking time to explain and show us pictures of the issues. He left our bathroom in perfect condition. We appreciate the wonderful service.

They don’t care about their employees at all. They are in this just for the money. Customers are left with getting jobs inspected for weeks or months at a time. The sale guys don’t do a full scope of what you may need. Techs do half work. Management has changed more then 4 times this year plus the manager they have doesn’t know anything about plumbing. I wish I could give this company a negative 5 but 1 is what it allows. So if your looking for a job there keep going you will be stressed working there
