I had 2 outdoor spigots that needed to be replaced ...i believe both or at least one was original to the house...Rich was professional high attention to details and would not leave the job till done correctly.....and i very much appreciated his efforts cause o e was really hard to replace..would recommend Cass to anyone!

Tried to charge us double labor for installing washer dryer hoses resulting in an incomplete job. They saw we had 4 lines rather than 2, installed the two, made me pay for the job, said they would call me Monday, I eventually called them on Wednesday when I still did not receive a call and was told I would get a call back, had to call again Thursday for a job scheduled on Friday. Was told it would be $160 to finish the job and to come back and would have to pay for labor again.

What a great company ! My water heater stopped working 2 weeks ago. This company was recommended by a friend. I called & Marc Acker came out with in a couple of hours. I needed a new unit. The price was exceptional ! This was at 5 pm. I thought it might take some time to get one, but to my surprise he said I will see you around 8 am tomorrow , with in a couple of hours all done. Marc was very professional & very knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. I recommend this company whole heartedly. Wish there were more stars. Thank you for having a very honest business.

He provided multiple options, not just the ones that would net the most cash, and there was never any sales pressure. He was very patient as I considered my options and discussed them with my family. He was happy to show me specifically what the issues were, educate me about the solutions, provide timelines, and suggest interim comfort options. Cornerstone has always serviced our units before, and that will continue. Unfortunately, it’s time for a replacement, but I couldn’t have had a better experience than I did with Chris.

Called to see if available today/Fri. Yes right before hurricane ! I asked if they were available today. Instead of asking what the problem was this is what he said, ya no I'm getting ready for the hurricane just like everybody else. As a previous small business owner I problem would of said, I'm so sorry but we are not working today due to hurricane issues. OR DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE.
