We called Anthony Gennaro Plumbing after discovering there was an issue with our drains when we installed a new washer. They scheduled an appointment for the following morning. James was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain why we were having certain issues and explained not only what he would do in this visit but what we could do in the future to prevent a repeat problem. He was very friendly and completed the job as expected. I highly recommend Anthony Gennaro Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

This company was extremely responsive and attentive to all the plumbing issues related to a gut renovation of a bathroom in a 100-year old house. Have used them for 30 years and will continue to use them for another renovation project coming up.

Don’t look anywhere else, this is who you need to call! Rocco and this company have been my saving grace. I own a rental property in Clearwater that is across the country from where I personally live. With owning an old house unfortunately comes with a lot of last minute emergency plumbing issues. They have always been there when I needed them morning or night and solved any issue thrown their way at a very fair price. I can sleep at night knowing that B&B Professional Plumbing is in my corner and will never take advantage of my situation.

I'm overjoyed to have found Jeremy Knipe, the owner of Northern Plumbing. He hydrojetted my drain lines, which were filled with gunk. I'd been having continual problems with the toilet in my master bathroom, which had overfloweed and backed up into my shower and bathtub mutiple times since I bought the house about four years ago. My kitchen sink was also nearly plugged. Now the drain is fast.

It's not only that Jeremy did a great job, but he exudes integrity, which to me is the most important trait in any tradesperson. Something I didn't realize is that the licensing requirements for plumbers in Florida are very weak compared to those up north. Jeremy is from Boston, where requirements are far more stringent than they are here in Florida, and where Jeremy had extensive education in plumbing.

Jeremy is also very personable, and took the time to explain everything to me and to answer all my questions.

They lied and told mbe they could not rod my pipes, but charged me anyway. Another plumber came and fixed the problem by rodding my drains.

Had a back-up and Russell came out. He quickly located a blockage, and cleared it so we could use some water. Since there were other problems, Justin and Rob came out two days later to do the heavy lifting, including digging up and replacing the offending root infested pipe and installing a cleanout to make it easier in the future. Very professional, friendly, polite and reasonable. I won’t use anyone but these guys in the future!

The manager Latisha is extremely rude. I called to complain about none of my calls being returned. Their technician didn’t fix my issue that I paid for. They first sent me out a technician who tried to scam me and they say that’s not their problem because they got rid of him. Latisha Constantly spoke over me. With the pandemic and loss of work, it was so disheartening to have an unexpected plumbing issue. Junior and Carlos came in, assessed our drain, fixed it, and cleaned up.
