James was excellent! He’s thorough, polite and most importantly honest. This gentleman took his time problem solving and listening to our concerns. Then He walked us through the entire process. He gave us options and real expectations of the outcome. We were pleasantly surprised every step of the way.Once we decided on the options. He went right to work with the precision only experience can produce.I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience with James and the office administrative team.Oh one more thing. We were originally scheduled for next Tuesday and they managed to give us next day service. Wow! Great people, great service and results.

Called to see if available today/Fri. Yes right before hurricane ! I asked if they were available today. Instead of asking what the problem was this is what he said, ya no I'm getting ready for the hurricane just like everybody else. As a previous small business owner I problem would of said, I'm so sorry but we are not working today due to hurricane issues. OR DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

Zack arrived early, checked the problem and helped me understand what the best toilet would be for my home. There were problems with Synchrony Bank giving me incorrect information. He stayed with me until we got it straightened out so that he could finish his sale with an authorization number. He was a very polite and extremely patient person. He was awesome!
