This is a plumbing company that I highly recommend to others. They have come before to our home when our water heater pipe messed up. They were quick and so pleasant each time we needed them. Our heater pipe messed up because a tiny hole in the line and Dennis, Jose, and Mark came the same day with no hesitation. Also, Alicia in the office kept communication with us with such professionalism.They even redid the line and it is the best feeling to have our heater back...and for free which was a blessing. The plumbing pipes draining the laundry room and kitchen were plugged (my previous plumber ran a cable through the pipes and they got caught up- could not get them back up- and could not figure out how to fix the problem- said it was roots from my grand oak, had me take the oak tree down and still couldn't fix it- but that's another story). So i ran down the list of plumbers- and Maurici/The Clean Plumbers were at top. I called Clean Plumbers, explained the situation, and they gave me Paul's cell phone (who handles the re-piping issues)- i appreciated that, because i had two other major plumbing companies come out, sent their technicians (who wanted to run cameras down the pipes at $300, and then talk it over with their bosses to figure out the plan). Paul came out, drew up a diagram for me to explain what he wanted to do to fix the problem, and had upfront pricing of $4500. I had already been without plumbing to my kitchen/laundry room for weeks! Paul's crew came out a few days later and took care of the plumbing- just as they stated. I cannot thank Paul enough- appreciate his professionalism (I was out of town at this time- Paul kept me updated throughout). A great team, and was so happy to come back home to this issue resolved.
Description of work: Reroute drain line for kitchen and laundry room. Ran new PVC pipe from kitchen to laundry room, then new 3 pipe from the laundry room to existing sewer line (approximately 95 feet of length in front yard). Installed proper clean-outs and vents on exterior of block.

My garbage disposal is a constant source of frustration for me along with my upstairs toilet. My upstairs toilet has been leaking since I bought my house and 2 plumbers have not been able to fix the problem. Temple Terrace Plumbing is the first plumber that has been able to actually stop the leak! They also were able to get my garbage disposal repaired and it is working perfectly. I have had issues with plumbers not being on time (and sometimes not even showing up) in the past, but Chase was on time and very friendly. I know my water heater is approaching the end of it's life, and I will 100% be using Temple Terrace Plumbing for the job. Couldn't be happier!

My toilet was running slow in my master bathroom. They fixed it right away and have had no problems with it two years later. They even gave me an Olin coffee mug. Horrible drivers!! Guy almost ran me off the road 12/1/16 on Ulmerton in St. Pete. That loser almost had a law suit that would have put this company in bankruptcy. If their drivers are that inattentive and reckless I can only imagine how they operate as a business.

We had our home repiped because of a slab leak. Our home is 1958 so the existing plumbing lines were on borrowed time, instead of having our floor busted up and deal with future leaks from old plumbing lines we had Landmark replace all piping, not an easy job on an older, block, flat roof home. Jason the owner, Nico & Sokol did an excellent job. Nico work days in our shallow roof and insulate all the lines. The City Of Clearwater plumbing inspector continued to comment on the excellent, thorough workmanship performed to complete the job. So yes, we highly recommend this company. Victoria

Came out to my house the same day when No Other Plumber could fix my toilet went up on the roof and run the snake to clear the line everything was done very professional the plumber who came out was outstanding I knew exactly what to do and fixed all my problems

I accidentally called Premium Plumbing by a googling and clicking mistake, but so glad I did instead of the name brand Roto Rooter that we usually use. Not only were they half the price for the same job, Louis was so friendly and helpful. He fixed the clogged and offered recommendations that we can do on our own to help prevent it from happening again. He didn’t try to sell me anything more than I needed. Being a stay at home mom with kids running around I do feel that I often get sold more than needed by salesman, but Louis was a professional plumber who I felt that I could trust and did not try to sell me what I didn’t need or upsell. So happy for the accidental call as the next time I need a plumber I’ll call Premium Plumbing and ask for Louis on purpose.
