Best Plumbing Solutions in Tampa FL

About 6 months after purchasing our home in 2018 we found out the plumbing/ pipes underneath the slab were flaking and deteriorating which was causing clogs ( house was built in 1971). We had no choice but to re-plumb our home (or deal with clogs every 3 to 6 months ongoing). Total Plumbing Solutions was highly recommended and so we gave them a call. We are so glad we did because their team exceeded our expectations.

They cut into the slab running from the guest bathroom, through the kitchen, and out the back patio and installed all new plumbing. They filled the slab when finished, and all of this only took a few days. Considering the size and scope of this project, Total Plumbing made it stress-free with their professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I will only use Total Plumbing from now on, and I recommend you do the same. Great work, great people, great price.

Never returned my call

Matt was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. We had a device inside our unit that helps the unit turn on with more power that went bad. It was actually from our old unit before we had a new installed a few years ago. Matt recommend a new device that would help out AC last longer and was able to replace it within 15 mins. We’ll be using cornerstone for many years to come.

Prices seemed reasonable and Chuck's provided a 3 hour timeframe for the technician's arrival with a call to let me know he was on the way. Competitor would only say service would be on the day scheduled with no indication of when. First time using them and I know I've found my plumber for future work!

Matt Bigos and his team were absolutely amazing! From the very beginning was honest and provided us with his professional opinion on what was best for our house. He went above and beyond our expectations. They were super thorough, clean, and conscious of our space and time. They were easy to communicate with and kept us abreast of all that was happening. They made sure everything was super clean and left the way it was prior to the work. We would highly recommend Bigos plumbing to our friends and family for sure. We will definitely be using them for all our plumbing services from now on.

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.

Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
