I have used them to renovate our bathrooms , they asked for all the money to buy parts and finish the job but after that they stopped answering calls. I have been trying to reach out to them, calling everyday.

They left unfinished bathroom.

Charged me 200.00 for a thirty dollar part. When i inquired the owner was rude and stated just because you see a part online it doesnt mean its really that cheap. I would NEVER recommend any one use their services!

These guys are great. After taking to them on the phone and sending them a picture about my leak, they gave me an estimate within a few minutes. About 2 hours later they were at my house making the repairs and it was done quickly. They didn't make a mess and did a great job. They were also very nice and explained why the leaked happened. They also looked at some of the other areas to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely use them again.

I had a leaky laundry hook-up valve on friday night. I called 5 different plumbers and they all either couldn't come out until Monday or wanted too much money. Luis came out and replaced both my valves early Saturday morning and at a reasonable price. Thank You LM Plumbing, we will call you again when we need a plumber!

Joseph was the last technician that has come out to our house even including a new AC unit on the roof that has explained everything to us thoroughly. For the first time our vents are blowing hot air this winter. Even with the new unit by another company they did not work like this. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend J&J services to anyone who ask us where we got our service.

My wife and I had been dealing with a propane leak for almost 2 weeks. Two other plumbers, some self repair could not completely track it down. Crystal plumbing worked overtime and went above and beyond to find the remaining leaks and repair them at a fair price. I called and Maintenance on the phone made a work order for immediate response. They dispatched a Plumber to my home in an hour on a cold night, and he got here and went straight to work. Josh and his team arrived on a major holiday to provide us with a complete Attic to Ground Leak detection and full inspection of all pipes and sewer lines to the street.
He arrived promptly and was very professional. He educated us on what needs to be done asap, what should be corrected to code when we renovate later this year, and offered advice for what we may see/expect even a few years from now.
Josh was upfront, and honest and there was absolutely no pressure to sell or sign any contracts to hire him for the upcoming projects.
It is refreshing to see an independant licensed contractor who doesn't try to take advantage of homeowners (especially disabled/fixed income)

Mr. Navarro came and checked out our clogged toilet. After walking around the house to look for the cause of the problem, he figured out that it was the city sewer. He advised my husband to call the city, as it was a city problem and we would have gotten the issue resolved for free. He was very helpful, we would have never figured out the problem if he didn't point it out. The problem was resolved without hurting our wallets. We appreciate Mr. Navarro's honesty and professional knowledge. I would definitely highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
