Great service, i called them on a sunday and they got here in less than an hour, the main line on the sewer was clogged

Customer service was awesome. Fence company dug through my sewer line, and would've never known without Forest and Phil's help. They did everything they could and went the extra mile, going so far as to offer up alternative solutions to the issue at hand.

Discount Plumbing is responsive, reasonably priced and dependable. We have an older house with some challenging draining problems. I count on Hector and the Discount Plumbing team to keep everything running. It's always much appreciated. We used to call random listings in the phone book and were generally disappointed in either the work or the attitude or both. A friend recommended Discount. I've called several times and they are always quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Hector comes out and he addresses everything I have even if I forgot to mention it in the original call and never acts pressured for time or bothered by what we've asked to have done.

The tub is filling up and the toilet was bubbling over. I called at 9:16am, received a call back at 9:36. Plumber arrived at 10:00. The job was finished by 10:20. Excellent customer service on the phone very professional and polite. Ken fixed the clog in no time without any struggles or issues. I highly recommend Discount Plumbing. The price was very reasonable!!

Husband and i called around 10 am & made an appointment between 3-5 pm, however we got a call literally 10 minutes after we hung up that someone was actually on our way to us! Our technician was NICKOLAS SANTOS. He was right on time, nice, & got the job done super quick! We originally thought it was a clog due to hair but he said it was something else stuck that could’ve easily been there for years. Whatever it was I’m glad he took care of it. I also love that they have a 2 week warranty.

This company works 24/7 - In the past I have called plumbers on an emergency basis and they advised they did not work nights or weekends. Discount plumbing was responsive and the cost reasonable. I would recommend them!

I had a renter with a backed up toilet and shower on 8/16/21. She called Discount Plumbing and they sent Felix out for an afterhours service call. Felix ran his snake through the main sewer line and did not find anything, but the water did start flowing. On 8/23/21 the same problem is back. Renter attempted to call Discount Plumbing several times and there was no answer. When She contacted me about the problem I called the 800 number and they had Felix call me back. Felix said they do not stand behind there work when they do a clean out. Even if it's the same problem.

I called Discount Plumbing when our water heater began leaking and flooded our garage. Their employee Hector, assessed the problem, instructed me on what water heater to purchase, and promised he'd be back later in the day after finishing a call 20+ miles away. Though it was late in the afternoon, Hector returned and replaced our water heater. Hector was friendly and knowledgeable and we will certainly use Discount Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

They installed a disposal a few years ago. Well it got stuck. Worker came fixed and said no charge. Freaked out as u don't hear that very often.
I called and Maintenance on the phone made a work order for immediate response. They dispatched a Plumber to my home in an hour on a cold night, and he got here and went straight to work. Knew exactly what to do, and approached the problem with answers. Honest and hard working at late hours of the night.... couldn’t ask for more. Thanks again Nickolas Santos!

The technician, Felix, was very professional and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He did his job while explaining the issue I was having with my plumbing. While it’s no secret that plumbers have a reputation for being outrageously expensive, I felt the price was fair and I totallyI got my money’s worth. I highly recommend Discount Plumber and would call on them again if needed in the future

They will take advantage of you my elderly mom and aunt called them they over charged them $150 I know because I work in the same field in Oklahoma then refused to refund them and hang up on a little old lady so if you want to be ripped of this is who you call to lie to you and to top it off the water heater still don't work needs $450 in repairs now after getting a real plumber to come look at it they will screw you

Called Discount Plumbing several days ago. My toilet was clogged and water was running into the bathroom! I called in the morning and in the afternoon the young man came right in the time frame i was given. He was very nice and polite, helped me with the toilette (oh this toilette...) and even did a quick inspection of the plumbing system in the house! He also told me that the company is now providing air conditioning and heating services and even gave me a 50$ off coupon! Will definitely use it anytime soon. Absolutely loved my experience!

Do not use this company. We are very active in owning and managing various apartment complexes. With that being said we have dealt with various vendors. We had an emergency plumbing need for a clogged sink. Called discount plumbing and they sent someone out. Technician was nice but he couldn't fix the clog. He said it was a cracked pipe and would have to tear out concrete. We did not want to authorize them until we had a better look. We called our handyman and he unclogged the drain in less than an hour. Then Discount plumbing sent us an invoice for $798. They told us this was half off of the $1500 original invoice and they charge $399 per hour. We were baffled. Not only did they not fix our issue but they misdiagnosed and then wanted us to pay them almost $800 just for trying.
We were willing to pay the plumber for his time because he was a nice and honest person. But suddenly their hourly rate spiked to $399 per hour when we said that. They were trying to find any way to get the money out of us.

I called Discount Plumbing at 1:30 in the morning after a blockage started flooding the house. Within 30 minutes we had a friendly plumber at our door. Francisco fixed the problem and even helped get things cleaned up. The price was very reasonable.
I had a few issues and the manager came right over and fixed everything. There was something caught in the garbage disposal and he got it out quick. Hot water heater needed adjusting, he fixed it right then and there. Backed up toilet -- fixed it quick. I would not use any other plumber. They're the real deal. Great response, reasonable rates, reliable service.

Great customer service! My water heater went out and so I called Discount Plumbing this morning. They sent Frank out to help me with the process of obtaining a new water heater. I had a leaky shower that I tried and failed to fix. I called discount plumbing and Brennan was able to take care and fix my leaky shower very quickly.
For the service and the price they can't be beat and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

While I was waiting for the service tech to show up I received updates via text. Once he showed up he had a few questions. He went right to work to clear my drain line that was plugged. He was done within 30 minutes. Discount Plumbing was very clean and courteous. I recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing need.
I don't normally make reviews. But in this case I need to give our technician, Danny 10 stars. He replaced my gas water heater. Very professional from beginning to end. Would recommend him and his company for any plumbing needs.
Our service men Hector and Heath were amazing, thorough, and friendly. They got the job done that the plumber that came out the day before could not do. We had contacted our home insurance provider American Home Shield who sent a plumber who stated he couldn’t fix the problem with our clogged drain. So we called and found Discount Plumbing, Heating and Air. They sent Hector and Heath who came out and fixed the issue within an hour and had it unclogged and running efficiently! Obviously the previous plumbing company did not know what they were doing! However Discount Pluming got the job done and I’d recommend their service to anyone! They were even more affordable than other companies within the area! Thank you gentlemen for making our home functional again! You guys ROCK!!!

When called for a repair we asked if they do 5th wheel trailers they checked after explaining what kind of a/c repair was needed. We were told yes they can and they could squeeze us in. Two hours later the technician showed and told us that they cannot fix 5th wheel a/c. So I gotta give this place no stars, I put one above only because it won’t let me post without one. especially when it’s 90 degrees outside and probably 110 inside, thanks for nothing.

I was dreading this visit from the start. When Steve got here to check out my water heater for me, I just knew for sure that I was going to be in for an expensive quote to repair it! I left him to his business, waited for him to come and give me an estimate, 20 minutes later he was done and I had hot water! We talked about the fact that my water heater is quite old and I may need to eventually replace it. Steve was friendly, honest, and a great worker! Discount Plumbing installed two emergency eye wash/ shower combo stations for us and from start to finish were a pleasure to do business with. I had called about 3-4 other plumbing companies to get a quote for the installation of these units and had gotten no where when I contacted Ryan Bentz who off the bat was incredibly helpful. This company was fast. I called and got service the same day. My shower faucet was leaking buckets. Lonnie called before he arrived and I told him the situation. I have used them before in the past for my AC Service. They are efficient and always on time get the job done. They carry the right parts. Their technicians seem well trained and always pleasant. Now on to the negative. Not the cheapest in town , as a mater of fact, prices can always be cheaper somewhere else . In my last plumbing job was almost $200 more than the competition. so if you need same day or next day service I would recommend them, if you job can wait and you want to save a few bucks , you can find it less somewhere else. Will I continue to use them. yes, but only in urgent situations.
I called Discount Plumbing and they were prompt, courteous, and fair priced. More important, they fixed the problem. My recommendation, call them!

Had a huge leak...between the house and the meter. Guy came in and knew what he was doing. In less than 3 hours fixes the problem and we have running water back in the house. The only thing was that it was pretty expensive. The labor plus having place a new pvc pipe cost almost $600. But the customer sevice and knowledge was good.

Nice enough came out to look at my job. Then never received the bid as communicated. I called to follow up and was told they would send it over by end of day still nothing. I just wanted them to be aware of the opportunity they have for follow up with customer, but have no doubt they do good work
We called in because our water heater's pilot light wasn't staying on and was also leaking. I had called in and gave the girl over the phone my info and asked to be called upon arrival so we could open the gate and put our two not so friendly dogs away. She was short and gear to get off the phone.
When they sent out a plumber it was a man named Frank, my husband interacted with him first and said he was short but answered his questions. Frank had told my husband because of Easter weekend they wouldn't be able to come out till Monday, that was fun but he never asked when would be a good time to come back out, and never actually confirmed the appointment.
Next Monday rolled around and I had just woken up to get ready for work and there was someone banging on my front door. It was Frank. He said he called but no one answered so he came by anyway. My dogs where inside going nuts, he then became verbally aggressive and very, very rude when I asked what number he had called. Then he proceeded to tell me he would 'only deal with the man of the house'. Say what...?! So I called the company immediately, spoke to the office girl again, who was rude and short as well and irritated me further, I dropped the f bomb a few times and that seemed to get a fire going under her hiney and she then connected me with Steve, who I assume was the owner.
I told him rather aggressively why I was so livid and he seemed genuinely apologetic and shocked. He then assured me we would be taken care of and would send a different plumber on a Wednesday. I felt better. He sent out a very nice man named Brenan, he was polite and got strait to work. Breanan got back to me with what needed to be done and the cost. The cost was outrageous. They were going to replace a water heater that was covered under the manufacturer's warranty and install it. They said it would be between $650-750 just for labor. Nope. The water heater was priced at $375 at Home Depot. So that's where we went and now everything is fixed.
Steve was great, Brenan was great. But they over charge and the initial meeting wasn't great at all and cost them our business as well ad two other people in our tiny neighborhood who were having issues with their water heaters as well. I definitely recommend going elsewhere for the cost alone. But if you don't, ask for Brenan.

Ok, so we were in need of a plumber tonight and Ryan was cool at first but than my spouse told be he had an issue were he has new toilets installed and this company wasn’t able to complete the job and he has to pay twice.
I asked if Ryan could kindly do something from our last experience he was talking and my spouse was trying to tell him it wasn’t really and issue and Ryan said I’m speaking and I can’t hear you if you if I talking.
I told him I really liked his customer service and wanted to utilize this companies service but once he got rude no thank you !
I’m all about integrity and work ethics, look somewhere else and like Ryan said “ I wish the best of luck to you guys”

I am very pleased with the service I received by Discount Plumbing. They removed the old and installed the new dishwasher, with NO damage (which I will explain in this review), as well as cleared the drain for my washing machine (which two other plumbing companies failed to do).
Let me start with Nathaniel. He was the go to guy. From my very first phone call asking for an estimate, he was always very professional and friendly. If there were delays, he would call me. If I had to delay or postpone, he worked with me. If I had questions or concerns, he was right on top of making sure I had the information I needed. Nathaniel is the type of person who could teach others in the service industry how to treat customers.
Matt the miracle worker is the person who came to my home for an estimate, and is the person who did the actual removal of the old and installation of my new dishwasher.
I had concerns about having to damage the floor or the counter top while getting this work done. I have an older house, and at some point in its history, the kitchen floor had another floor put right on top of it, resulting in a very tight space for the dishwasher, and potential for damage when removing and/or installing. (I was also told by another company that they would have to cut up my floor to get the old dishwasher out.)
I don't know how he did it, but Matt got the old dishwasher out, and the new one put in, with NO damage being done. I am extremely grateful he was able to accomplish this!
When finished with the installation, Matt was kind enough to take a look at the drain for the washing machine. He was able to do what two other companies could not, remove the cap outside for the clean out. It was stuck and somehow, his magic touch got it loosened and off, allowing him to clear out the pipe, fixing the problem.
I also want to mention that Matt was very professional with my 4 yr old son and baby grandson. Answered questions, showed patience when I needed to crowd him in the kitchen, and was just an all around friendly person, and despite our interruptions, got the job finished in a timely manner.
I recommend Discount Plumbing, and will call them for any future plumbing and drain services.

Disappointed... I've use them before and was greatly satisfied, but not this last Friday (8.18.23) Having issues with my refrigerator, I needed the cold water supply valve under the kitchen sink replaced and a valve installed to isolate the water line to the fridge. I also needed the drain from the left bowl fixed because it leaked when used. An additional issue was in the main bath... But after looking at the bath the tech left stating he needed to check for parts and never returned to fix the kitchen.
