Called Josh last minute when our hot water heater went out. He was very quick to bring a new water heater and get it installed, and of course did a great job! We called him again when our bathroom sink was clogged and he had it fixed in no time. We always know to call him when anything comes up and he always makes it a priority, can’t recommend him enough.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
