I have had E&G come out to my home several times. I've dealt with Eric every time and he's very courteous, professional and I feel as if he has been honest every time. I do not get the sense of being nickel and dimed as I have with past plumbers. This company also gives military and senior discounts. Highly recommended. This is also a more locally owned business. It's always good to support business local to the area he is a small business owner please support him versus calling out the name brand plumbers we see on tv. Unfortunately I will probably need his Services again and he will be my first and only call. Highly recommended

These guys are great. After taking to them on the phone and sending them a picture about my leak, they gave me an estimate within a few minutes. About 2 hours later they were at my house making the repairs and it was done quickly. They didn't make a mess and did a great job. They were also very nice and explained why the leaked happened. They also looked at some of the other areas to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely use them again.

We had a guy come check our a/c all he did was check to see if it was running he said it works lol. He did suggest some some fixes. He didn't even do any of these , During a tune-up, your AC technician examines the unit from top to bottom and takes care of several minor things, such as: Cleaning the condenser coils. Flushing the drain.

Chad was great to work with! He is honest, on time and very informative. The quality of his work really matters to him. Even when something unexpected came up he made sure that everything was done correctly even beyond the services I asked for. 10/10 will use him again.

We had a dripping sound coming from inside the walls above the ceiling in my office. I called Josh at 10:15 a.m. and he was able to send two guys out to my house within one hour! Riley and Dylan were super polite and helpful. They helped me move the heavy stuff out of the way and then they covered my shelves with drop cloth. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling, and water came pouring out! But by 1:00 the leak was fixed! Dylan even brought in my heavy Chewy box from the front porch on his way out! These guys are friendly, honest, and fast! Great service!

Quick response time and the techs were great. I’m giving Roto Rooter two stars because the first tech cleared the pipe ,but didn’t diagnose why it was clogged. About a week later (today) I called and told them the toilet was clogged again. They said no worries we will have a technition come out free of charge because this is within the warranty period. I thought fantastic!! Well, two techs came out and within 15 minutes they clear the clog and state it’s because of our cleanout, therefore we will
Have to charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? If you would have told me that the first time I could have had the root of the problem fixed. Instead after the second $195 dollar service call (which I thought was going to be free) they thought they would tell me I have another issue. Of course when the company has to warranty the work free of charge of the customer it’s now time to find the root of the problem So they can charge me a second time and not warranty the work. Then want to charge me again to actually fix the problem.
