I have been using Knights Plumbing for years. They quote a price, and no matter how long it takes to correct a problem, 1st time was 4 days because sewer clean out was buried under 4 feet of dirt, the price didn’t go up. I was able to move my club membership to a new home and when we found the water heater leaking they were here within a couple hours and went out of their way to replace it that same day. Thanks Guys!

Best A/C company in Stockton. I called them on a Monday after my a/c went out and they scheduled for later that day. It was getting close to the time when they had to show up and the office called and said they where running behind but would get it fixed but might be a little later I said fine. A little while later the office called and told me who was coming and what he looked like. They had it fixed in no time and the entire team was professional from start to finish. You need a/c or heating you should call them asap

I have used them to renovate our bathrooms , they asked for all the money to buy parts and finish the job but after that they stopped answering calls. I have been trying to reach out to them, calling everyday.

They left unfinished bathroom.

Second time having these guys do work for me. First time, they fixed my plumbing from a sewer backup that rendered my toilets and showers useless. Fixed late evening within an hour of my call. Second time, they fixed a leak in the main line into my house. Previous quote from another plumber was to replace the whole line going to the street, $1,900. Crystal fixed the leak and installed a shut off switch for my automatic sprinklers. Didn't have to dig up my yard. Did the work the next morning (called late afternoon). Only cost $315 instead of the original quote from another plumber of $1,900. Quick. Professional. Honest. Fair prices. Exceeded my expectations both times. Thank you so much!

We were very pleased with the services provided from JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing when our basement experienced flooding and a failed sump pump. From the moment I called, I was treated with warmth and empathy. They explained their services, gave some information and got my appointment scheduled. I got both text and email updates, and when he was getting ready to head my way, I received both a text and a phone call.

Our plumber, Zach was knowledgeable and friendly. He evaluated the issues, let us know what options we had, answered our questions in layman's terms, gave us a quote for parts and labor, and was able to start right away when we approved the work for the quoted cost. He said about how long it would take to complete the job and was pretty accurate! No mess was left and he went over the work guarantee and warranty of the new pump, so we would know what to expect.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing service. I felt I was treated like a friend, not a number.
