I have had E&G come out to my home several times. I've dealt with Eric every time and he's very courteous, professional and I feel as if he has been honest every time. I do not get the sense of being nickel and dimed as I have with past plumbers. This company also gives military and senior discounts. Highly recommended. This is also a more locally owned business. It's always good to support business local to the area he is a small business owner please support him versus calling out the name brand plumbers we see on tv. Dave came the next day after I called. He unclogged a most perplexing toilet clog - toy metal cars stuck 10 to 20 feet below the floor at the convergence of two pipes. He had all of the advanced equipment needed to precisely diagnose and ultimately unclog. He explained everything easily. In the end, it felt like he undercharged me for the 2 hours of work and extensive equipment used.

Hired Josh to help us out last minute when our hot water heater went out. He was quick to get a new one installed did a great job! We called him again when our bathroom sink was clogged and he had it fixed in no time.
