Just had my 112 year old house repiped by Joshua Jacobs and his crew. Really happy with their work and price was reasonable. Great communication throughout and they took the time to make sure everything was to our liking. A friendly, family business but also very professional. Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
