Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. Installed a new hot water heater. Quick, professional and cleaned up afterwards.

From start to finish, the company was quick to respond but also were extremely professional, from the office and rep that came out to the site. Zach is the rep that came onsite saw the issue and remedied it fairly quickly. Explained what's going on and how he fixed it. He was apologetic that he had to charge the standard charge which was an hour and understandable. I was appreciative of his work, professionalism, being able to explain in laymen terms what happened and what he was doing, handled it and gave me options on how to pay the bill. They recommended flushing the pipes , but we had someone else run a camera and there was no build up. So I don't understand how they would try to have someone do work that's not necessary. But then again I do, it's about the commission.

Don’t go with the rest, go for the best. You won’t regret it. I had a problem with my water heater, for some reason it was pouring water out. I thought I needed a new water heater. Guillermo said that I didn’t need one, The fixing just needed to be replaced. I found Valice Plumbing online. I sent my info in of what I needed done. My info was posted late morning on Saturday August 25, 2018. And I received a response online, but about half hour later, and they came out to my place about 45 minutes later. Guillermo was the one that came out, and his helper came to. They were very knowledgeable and had the needed supplies. I would recommend that you request Guillermo for your needed work.

I've used Valice Plumbing several times. They did the sewer line inspection for our home, they rerouted our water and electrical lines for installing a kitchen island, AND they did the finish work for the island (installed sink, disposal, and dishwasher). Man, they can just do it all. They are very responsive and a breeze to work with. I'll be calling Valice when I need any plumbing work done.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
