I am very pleased and happy I called J & J Heating & Air. I called several companies and they were the only ones that could come out the same day. My unit was making a funny noisy. The service tech Mike was professional, figured out the problem and explained to me the need for regular maintenance. I was expected a large bill and I was surprised on how reasonable the bill was. I even signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I will be a customer for life.

We cannot express the level professionalism and integrity JC Sewer& Drain Plumbing is! We literally wasted 2 weeks waiting for two other plumbers to give us estimates. James came in, listened to our extensive needs and discussed how he could approach each and everyone of our concerns In addition, we received the quote the same day and was ready to get to work!!!! James takes pride in his work, explains things as he goes along (only because the hubby kept asking questions) and got the job done!!! We used their services years ago and I regret not calling them first this round!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES as there were many other things we had done that weren't even noted on this list!!! Some galvanized pipes were replaced upgraded, shower head made taller, pot filler installed etc!!! He and his team will be on our list to be the only plumbers we call from now on!!! Couldn't be happier with our experience. Having another company stand us up our scheduled appointment, we ended up calling these guys after seeing their van parked at La Tapatia Market and were able to replace our broken water heater the next day. To add to that, they gave us an estimate over the phone, which we greatly appreciated due to hidden costs other companies might try to sneak in.

As always, Charles' service is exemplary. This time was no acception. It was pretty much an
emergency call and although he was busy, it was a hot day and an outside job, he pleasantly came to our rescue. I highly recommend him to anyone.

They came to my rescue when I had a major clog and their expertise was evident from the moment they arrived. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my drains were squeaky clean.

I would like to say first and foremost they were very friendly showed up basically on time and honored their quote. However we had toilet upstairs that was not flushing properly they sent out a rep, he ran the snake down the toilet a few times said it was clear and nothing was blocking the flow, yet the toilet was still not flushing properly. They said it was a poor brand American Standard and to replace it for $750 with the manufacturer they recommended.

I knew in my mind it was not the toilet as it was recently replaced. Another service came out and cleared the issue with a chemical treatment of the water. Freitas should be just as knowledgeable about issues as this company was.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
