I was really pleased with the service. Honest and friendly.

I had a leaky toilet supply valve, wanted to replace another older style toilet valve since the other was getting replaced anyways, and an upstairs tub wasn’t turning on. Called and Rudy and Bob arrived the same day, just a few hours later, in the timeframe they said they would. They were quick, efficient, and polite. They replaced the valves and said James would be by shortly to continue diagnosing the tub. James and Devon arrived less than an hour later and had the problem solved (dysfunctional diverter valve on the spigot) in less than 10 minutes. They didn’t even charge me for the tub. Overall great work by a team of very polite, professional employees.

I would highly recommend this company for service. The plumber EJ was very professional and knowledgeable. After our whole house inspection I felt I understood the condition of the plumbing in our home. He located our leak, repaired it and cleaned up behind himself. I will definitely use this company again.

Same day service!
I was replacing two toilets and my installer cancelled at the last minute. I called Valice and they were able to come take a look within two hours and completed the job then and there for a reasonable price. Great service from wonderful people. Thank you!

Good guy but wasnt able to fix the hair issue, lack of tools maybe. Had roter rooter come the next morning and they fixed it in 20 minutes. 95$ for these guys and $143 for roter rooter.

Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
