I believe I was overcharged for the work that was done, and was told more work needed to be done for a high price. Got a second opinion and found that the “problem” didn’t need to be fixed at all, it was something entirely different and much cheaper ! Would have paid several thousands and not have had the actual problem fixed. Please, get a second opinion first!

They came twice to our house, once to unclog our kitchen sink, the next time, to unclog our toilet. Both times they were timely and efficient. I knew the cost upfront and I am completely satisfied with the work performed.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
