Second time having these guys do work for me. First time, they fixed my plumbing from a sewer backup that rendered my toilets and showers useless. Fixed late evening within an hour of my call. Second time, they fixed a leak in the main line into my house. Previous quote from another plumber was to replace the whole line going to the street, $1,900. Crystal fixed the leak and installed a shut off switch for my automatic sprinklers. Didn't have to dig up my yard. Did the work the next morning (called late afternoon). Only cost $315 instead of the original quote from another plumber of $1,900. Quick. Professional. Honest. Fair prices. Exceeded my expectations both times. Thank you so much!

I call them cause every morning I had a big puddle by my sprinklers valves. Jeff came out and told me it was a main pipe that was leaking. It didn't make sense to me cause it will only leak when the sprinklers were on. But I trusted him. By the way I've been using James the owner since he started from his old pick up truck. Well 8 hours later he said it was fixed and I paid $800. Next day when my sprinklers turn on same problem. Jeff came out and dug down deeper and found a sprinklers pipe leaking. He told me it was an easy fix but he doesn't do sprinklers. So I paid $800 for him to guess wrong. He could of mDe it right by fixing what he called an easy fix. Wow. After 20 years of using them James lost an old time Custer for an easy fix

They could not help me with my plumbing problem so Ferguson employees sent me to ace hardware and thank you to ace hardware for taking care of my plumbing problem.

First off I just want to say; I shopped around and had a quote from another plumber (who charged me $80 to even GIVE me a quote; and literally didn’t even get in my attic to SEE what needed to be done) the other plumber wanted 9x what discount charged me!
Lonnie with Discount spoke to me over the phone before coming out; to get an understanding on the work I needed. JUST FROM THE PHONE CALL Lonnie was way more competent than the competitors!
Lonnie showed up, and had me show him the way to the attic. (Had yet to discuss a price) Got in the attic, made a list of all the things that needed to be done to accomplish the job. (I needed an outdoor spigot line removed from
Behind the water softener loop and put in front of it, because it’s connected to my pool auto-fill valve)
Lonnie came down from the attic and explained what I needed and how he was going to accomplish it. Quoted me a price (which again, was 9x lower than the competitor) I said LETS DO IT! (I’ve researched what all was needed and the costs associated with doing it myself, and Lonnie’s price was MORE than fair!)
He went out to his van; got the pex line and fittings and went back in the attic and finish the job like a professional!
Throughout the entire process Lonnie kept me informed of what he was doing (turning water off to make sure nothing got wet in the attic, isolating the spigot line, turning water back on and checking for leaks). Also, he was very knowledgeable about new home plumbing (something the competitor seemed to sorely lack) as well as had a great attitude.
We will definitely be recommending Lonnie (and discount) to everyone we know!
