We had an emergency leak that we found on the Friday following thanksgiving. I have seen the Knights Plumbing trucks in our area so I decided to call them. I'm so glad that I did. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful. I described the situation to the office person and she was able to get Victor out to our house shortly after my call. Upon his arrival, he saw that the leak required the water to be fully shut off. Since our neighbors have our water shut off valve, we had to get Public Works out there to shut the water off. It wasn't until that moment when I was having the most trouble. I was unable to get assistance from Public Works and spent 2 hours trying to figure out what I needed to do. The Knights Plumbing office person was so kind and decided to call me to check up on the status of my water being turned off so that Victor could go back to my house. I was extremely stressed out and she and Victor offered to get the matter resolved themselves. Victor called me back 10 minutes later and had asked the Public Works gentleman that he had currently been working with on a job around the corner from us to stop by our house when he was finished with that job. We are so grateful that they decided to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The Public Works gentleman was also extremely nice and very helpful. He informed us that the leak was not technically an emergency situation and told us we can wait until Monday after the holiday rush to get this matter resolved. Since we really appreciated Victors help, we decided to wait until Monday when we knew Victor could come back. We will definitely be using Knights Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. Planning isn't the end: We experienced a manufacturer's defect almost a year in, in a shower valve, and Seco took care of everything.

If we were to do it all over, again, Seco would still be on-site.

Luis just answered on Thanksgiving weekend and helped me over the phone. Gave me some good knowledge to help myself & when he could've came over to charge me for nothing. Definitely will call him in the future for other issues! 👍

Chad came in and did so much work today, from front yard to back yard and multiple household repairs. I am so pleased with the quality and efficiency of work, and the cost was very affordable. They gave us a quote for $79 to come out on a Sunday to inspect a problem. The technician called us back and tried to change the quote to $495 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour. He asked was I sure it wasn’t something that could wait. We got him to grudgenly agree it was only $79 for the estimate. He said he would be out in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he called back saying it was now night hours and it was $250 plus $495 for a minimum of 1 hour. We canceled he service call and contacted a different company. They do not honor their quotes. I called to complain and the manager said he did not know where the technician came up with the numbers from.

We always have great service from Crystal Plumbing! Recently our water heater sprung a leak and our home warranty was a pain in the rear. So we called Crystal, our go-to for plumbing repairs, and they were able to give us an estimate and replace our water heater the SAME day. A few months ago we called to have our kitchen faucet replaced and they were also able to provide same-day services. Thank you guys for continuing to provide great service.

Jeff came out on a Sunday morning for a toilet repair. Knowledgeable about the repair that was needed for this particular job, he installed the parts, but due to the nature of the repair, it needed to set up for 24 hours. This was not an issue as this was a second bathroom for our household.
The next day, Zack came out finished the repair. I couldn't be any happier. Thanks Jeff and Zach for the fine work, and to JC Sewer & Drain for having such skilled professional employees. Darrin.
