These guys are great. After taking to them on the phone and sending them a picture about my leak, they gave me an estimate within a few minutes. About 2 hours later they were at my house making the repairs and it was done quickly. They didn't make a mess and did a great job. They were also very nice and explained why the leaked happened. They also looked at some of the other areas to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely use them again.

I had a leaky laundry hook-up valve on friday night. I called 5 different plumbers and they all either couldn't come out until Monday or wanted too much money. Luis came out and replaced both my valves early Saturday morning and at a reasonable price. Thank You LM Plumbing, we will call you again when we need a plumber!

We had called this company to come out about a month ago and we wanted them to diagnose our septic leak in our backyard that was coming from a root that had punctured our septic pipe however when Nelson and Rene came out, Nelson was the supervisor and he seemed more concerned about trying to sell us a service that we didn't need along with not diagnosing re-issue correctly and was instead acting more like a car salesman then he was a concerned and caring plumber. We were originally told that we were only going to be paying $460 for the diagnosis and to help get our snake out of our line which was stuck and we ended up paying over $800 and to make things more disappointing Nelson told us that he would come back within a few days to follow up with us which never happened. I called immediately on Monday because no one came back out and I was told that the branch manager for this area was supposed to call me which I never received a call back and I called again a few weeks later in order to follow up as to why I never received a call and I still didn't receive a call. A week later we had received a bill from Roto-Rooter that said that we owed another $400 which was completely incorrect and it was claiming that we owed for work that was never even done to our home and so I immediately called back and complained about this and finally received a call from a manager and they claimed that they were going to take the additional $400 off of our bill. The manager didn't seem to show any concern at all that we were not only overcharged but we were originally charged for work that was never even done in the first place!! I would not recommend going with this company but instead go with Phil and Paul's plumbing which do much better work and they are a lot more honest and straightforward up front than this company!! Roto-Rooter only seems to care about making sales more than actually taking care of your plumbing concerns!!!

They installed a disposal a few years ago. Well it got stuck. Worker came fixed and said no charge. Freaked out as u don't hear that very often.

I been kicking around the idea of changing out my water heater to a tankless. My system was in the home when I purchased 8 years ago, and I knew it was nearly time. Done some research and had estimates on a couple occasions last few years. The heater went out unexpectedly at the sometime as air conditioner in the middle of summer.

Called Jacobs and they came out immediately for an estimate. Got an estimate at same time for whole home water filtration because its suggested to do so, or water softener at least for tankless. The price they quoted was pull the trigger. Unfortunately I care for my 92 year old grandfather and heating water on the stove was time consuming, and tedious.

Sadly I didn't get the system from them, only because we were without for 5 days already, and they were on a big job, so couldn't start on ours for about a week. Grudgingly I bought a kit to bandaid my system, and give me time to arrange a hangout at my convenience, not out of desperation. If not for my responsibilities with my grandfather I would have gladly waited to have these guys do my house.

Both guys that showed for estimate were professional, and friendly. The price they quoted is by far an extremely respectable cost considering I compared with other estimates from others over the recent past. I definitely recommend these guys. Im a pretty good judge of character, and I had no reservations what's so ever about them, their quality of service, or ability.

Mr. Navarro came and checked out our clogged toilet. After walking around the house to look for the cause of the problem, he figured out that it was the city sewer. He advised my husband to call the city, as it was a city problem and we would have gotten the issue resolved for free. He was very helpful, we would have never figured out the problem if he didn't point it out. The problem was resolved without hurting our wallets. We appreciate Mr. Navarro's honesty and professional knowledge. I would definitely highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
