Zachary was prompt, professional, communicated well, cleared the drain and removed the clog from the master bath shower. Zachary recommended a yearly service which I will schedule again in a year.

They gave us a quote for $79 to come out on a Sunday to inspect a problem. The technician called us back and tried to change the quote to $495 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour. He asked was I sure it wasn’t something that could wait. We got him to grudgenly agree it was only $79 for the estimate. He said he would be out in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he called back saying it was now night hours and it was $250 plus $495 for a minimum of 1 hour. We canceled he service call and contacted a different company. They do not honor their quotes. I called to complain and the manager said he did not know where the technician came up with the numbers from.

When called for a repair we asked if they do 5th wheel trailers they checked after explaining what kind of a/c repair was needed. We were told yes they can and they could squeeze us in. Two hours later the technician showed and told us that they cannot fix 5th wheel a/c. So I gotta give this place no stars, I put one above only because it won’t let me post without one. especially when it’s 90 degrees outside and probably 110 inside, thanks for nothing.

I called Josh and he came out right away. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he was able to clear my drain quickly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable plumber. Can’t thank him enough.

Don’t go with the rest, go for the best. You won’t regret it. I had a problem with my water heater, for some reason it was pouring water out. I thought I needed a new water heater. Guillermo said that I didn’t need one, The fixing just needed to be replaced. I found Valice Plumbing online. I sent my info in of what I needed done. My info was posted late morning on Saturday August 25, 2018. And I received a response online, but about half hour later, and they came out to my place about 45 minutes later. Guillermo was the one that came out, and his helper came to. They were very knowledgeable and had the needed supplies. I would recommend that you request Guillermo for your needed work.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
