I called LM Plumbing to get a quote on replacing my Mom's sewer line after I had Rotor Rooter come by the same day to unclog the sewer line. Rotor Rooter was unsuccessful at unclogging the sewer line but then tried to upsell me on a high pressure water clean out, then replacing the sewer line. When I spoke with Louis at LM Plumbing and I explained the situation with Rotor Rooter. He said, he could unclog the sewer line in 20 minutes which he did. My Mom is elderly, per Rotor Rooter, the cost of installing a new sewer line of 55 feet was going to cost $11,000 to replace. I was glad that I called LM plumbing for a bid and the service they provided.

Chad did an awesome job on my bathroom/bedroom! Had a water leak, it ended up being down under the foundation. It was more extensive than we thought. He ended up having to jack hammer through to find the leak. Shoddy workmanship done by the original builders in Weston Ranch. Chad did not give up, he kept at it till he had it resolved. Chad is very thorough in his work, very respectful of your home & cleans up after himself daily.

I was installing a new angle stop for a new toilet and the compression fitting over the copper pipe would not work. It was almost 5:00 pm and I had no water in the house. Being new to Lodi, I had no idea what plumber to call. I called 6 different plumbers. (All said to be open later than 5:00pm) and only Dave responded. He coached me over the phone on what I needed to do to complete the job myself and save myself the cost of him coming over. (What plumber does that?) It is now after 7:00 and I still could not get things to work. I called Dave and he offerd to come by to take a look. After looking at the pipe, he showed me the deformation of the copper pipe from the previous install. Dave fixed the copper pipe issue and even offered to install the toilet. Plumbers like him are few and far between. I have two houses in Lodi and going forward will only use Crystal plumbing. I have defintley found one of the fair and honest plumbers in Lodi. I highly recommend Dave at Crystal plumbing.

My drain has been a problem since I moved in. Sully came to clear it out. He was on time, very professional and explained the problem thoroughly. He explained that there was possibly a broken pipe, that I need to take care of. When my toilet suddenly backed up after he left, he came right back out with Vince. They took care of the problem immediately. If I need a plumber again, I will use them.

Not satisfied with the very late arrival after I was told at first someone would be here by 4pm. The I received notice that I someone would be here between 1 and 3. Then I receive notice a technician is on his way around 4:30. The technician arrives around 5:15 and offers me a 10% discount from a min $250 charge. Not enough for the major inconvenience I endured freeing up my whole day on the belief that I could trust what I was told about the service I was going to receive.

Call this guy since Wednesday to come and fix a leaking pipe he said he was gonna come on Friday and he never showed up so i called him up he didn't answer and he text me he had and emergency job that he will come later and never showed up or call me very unprofessional of his part

Excellent service. On time friendly and very knowledgeable. Very honest vibes and he even brought his son as apprentice to support. Great guys. My water heater control valve was installed and he fixed a leak by replacing it with brand new part and saved my water heater. Excellent service.

Good guy but wasnt able to fix the hair issue, lack of tools maybe. Had roter rooter come the next morning and they fixed it in 20 minutes. 95$ for these guys and $143 for roter rooter.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
