Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. I decided to use J and J heating and cooling service Because they were well known.
I'm glad I did they were very professional they did a complete Ac Unit and new furnace.

They came out at least 4 times because I was having issues with my mobile home getting good quality air but they came again and again until it was completely done right for me.
I have a definite recommend that company to anybody else thank you

I was installing a new angle stop for a new toilet and the compression fitting over the copper pipe would not work. It was almost 5:00 pm and I had no water in the house. Being new to Lodi, I had no idea what plumber to call. I called 6 different plumbers. (All said to be open later than 5:00pm) and only Dave responded. He coached me over the phone on what I needed to do to complete the job myself and save myself the cost of him coming over. (What plumber does that?) It is now after 7:00 and I still could not get things to work. I called Dave and he offerd to come by to take a look. After looking at the pipe, he showed me the deformation of the copper pipe from the previous install. Dave fixed the copper pipe issue and even offered to install the toilet. Plumbers like him are few and far between. I have two houses in Lodi and going forward will only use Crystal plumbing. I have defintley found one of the fair and honest plumbers in Lodi. I highly recommend Dave at Crystal plumbing.

So grateful that Sulley was able to fix our broken outdoor pipe! He came exactly at the beginning of our 2 hour window time and made sure to get the job done before leaving. Awsome group of hard working guys. Gettin it done right the first time

Quick response time and the techs were great. I’m giving Roto Rooter two stars because the first tech cleared the pipe ,but didn’t diagnose why it was clogged. About a week later (today) I called and told them the toilet was clogged again. They said no worries we will have a technition come out free of charge because this is within the warranty period. I thought fantastic!! Well, two techs came out and within 15 minutes they clear the clog and state it’s because of our cleanout, therefore we will
Have to charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? If you would have told me that the first time I could have had the root of the problem fixed. Instead after the second $195 dollar service call (which I thought was going to be free) they thought they would tell me I have another issue. Of course when the company has to warranty the work free of charge of the customer it’s now time to find the root of the problem So they can charge me a second time and not warranty the work. Then want to charge me again to actually fix the problem.

200$ he came out the next day installed the parts i already purchased so not worth it lots of companies do it for cheaper

Val saved the day. A pipe broke outside of our home and we had to have our water turned off. We have 2 small children and needed help asap. Val and team came at the end of their day, in the dark & repaired our pipe all while entertaining our children from outside the window. I will definitely use them again.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
