Discount Plumbing is responsive, reasonably priced and dependable. We have an older house with some challenging draining problems. I count on Hector and the Discount Plumbing team to keep everything running. It's always much appreciated. We used to call random listings in the phone book and were generally disappointed in either the work or the attitude or both. A friend recommended Discount. I've called several times and they are always quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Hector comes out and he addresses everything I have even if I forgot to mention it in the original call and never acts pressured for time or bothered by what we've asked to have done.

Valentine just left and I'm thankful that he was able to help me. I had a clogged something whitch turned out to be my kitchen pipe somewhere way down there. I have no clean out pipe so they went on the roof and got it unclogged. They were in and out in less than an hour. Him and Michel got the job done fast and hes so nice. He will definitely be my go to Plummer.

Great guy, came for inspection, identified cause, came back next day and fixed the problem. The plumber kept us informed at all times of the work in progress. Would call on him again.

We had called this company to come out about a month ago and we wanted them to diagnose our septic leak in our backyard that was coming from a root that had punctured our septic pipe however when Nelson and Rene came out, Nelson was the supervisor and he seemed more concerned about trying to sell us a service that we didn't need along with not diagnosing re-issue correctly and was instead acting more like a car salesman then he was a concerned and caring plumber. We were originally told that we were only going to be paying $460 for the diagnosis and to help get our snake out of our line which was stuck and we ended up paying over $800 and to make things more disappointing Nelson told us that he would come back within a few days to follow up with us which never happened. I called immediately on Monday because no one came back out and I was told that the branch manager for this area was supposed to call me which I never received a call back and I called again a few weeks later in order to follow up as to why I never received a call and I still didn't receive a call. A week later we had received a bill from Roto-Rooter that said that we owed another $400 which was completely incorrect and it was claiming that we owed for work that was never even done to our home and so I immediately called back and complained about this and finally received a call from a manager and they claimed that they were going to take the additional $400 off of our bill. The manager didn't seem to show any concern at all that we were not only overcharged but we were originally charged for work that was never even done in the first place!! I would not recommend going with this company but instead go with Phil and Paul's plumbing which do much better work and they are a lot more honest and straightforward up front than this company!! Roto-Rooter only seems to care about making sales more than actually taking care of your plumbing concerns!!!

The guy was nice and friendly. He used the snake for about 10 mins, and determined it couldn’t be done. He wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive service. I said no, so he packed up and left. Problem wasn’t fix.

After reading the great reviews I was looking forward to talking with this company in hopes that they could help me with my plumbing problem. Unfortunately I never got a call back after leaving a message.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.

I actually give them negative stars. I would never recommend this company! I should have read the reviews before they came out. They Installed a water heater without a permit and did not have it inspected afterwards which was actually a hazard because it was installed incorrectly. I had to call out another company to reinstall up to code. The guy that came out was very unprofessional, portrayed an attitude, flooded my back porch area, threw the old water heater out onto my concrete. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
