My wife and I had been dealing with a propane leak for almost 2 weeks. Two other plumbers, some self repair could not completely track it down. Crystal plumbing worked overtime and went above and beyond to find the remaining leaks and repair them at a fair price. Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
