Very friendly crew, hard workers, and did an excellent job on the clean up, I have no complaints.

Never responded to email or messages. Phone line just went to message when during business hours.

Really appreciated the quickness with which the technician responded to my problem. He was thorough and patient and put everything back in as good or better situation as before he started the job. If I ever need more plumbing service (hopefully not) I will certainly use Roto Rooter again.

Very well. Mike and Bob arrived on time. Diagnosed source of leak in crawl space quickly. Left to get materials to do repair and finished it promptly. Very polite. Repair was costly but $65 coupon for Angie's list brought price down to a more reasonable range. Would hire again.

We had a backed up kitchen sink late in the afternoon, and I called Ready Rooter. They had a couple of service people out in less that an hour! Richard and Santino were friendly and professional, they explained the options and costs clearly, and quickly cleaned out the drainpipe.
The whole operation was quick and easy and the price was quite fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Great work as always. Having a plumber visit is usually not a good sign but HD always makes the best of it.

Paul’s cheerful nature is matched by his expert knowledge in quickly addressing and fixing even the Really Bad problems like we had. I was especially thankful for his courteous attitude, which always evidences a sure willingness to do what was necessary to make us happy. These folks are great and should be the first call you make for plumbing issues. We had a backed up kitchen sink yesterday and had compounded the problem by trying to fix it ourselves. I called at 4:15 PM, during a wicked wind and rain storm. Joe was at my house by 5. Problem solved and all cleaned up by 6:15. Just good, honest, reliable service here.

Good storm sewer contractor

I have used Queen Plumbing for many jobs in the past, not only for met personal residence, but also for my clients. As a real estate agent it is paramount to have professionals that I can trust and sometime in short notice. Queen Plumbing is hands down one of my favorite plumbing resources in town.

I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service. The plumber was skilled, friendly, and quickly resolved the issue with my clogged drain. They provided exceptional service and I would definitely use them again.

We had A-List complete a re-pipe and update our mainline from the city. They showed up on time and did the work as promised! They were friendly and professional! I highly recommend A-List Plumbing!

Called them bc of a clogged bathroom sink and got the service within an hour. Amazing service, Kevin was amazing and was knowledgeable on the issue. Cleaned the pipe, and tested everything. Finished under 2 hours. Would highly recommend them for any future services!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
