My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

Before Simon even came on-site, he talked through my leak scenario and presented some first steps to take. After following his advice, I then made an appointment for Simon to come out. Simon was professional, and his experience is evident. He detected my leak and kept me informed along the way. I definitely recommend contacting Clearwater Leak Detection first. I did not, and I learned a lesson...but glad I finally connected with Simon.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I am so happy with the work Trisha and Josh did to fix my fully clogged sewer line during the COVID-19 crisis. If I could do it all again, the only thing I would have done differently is called them sooner! They:

1. Were super responsive. Every time I called, they either dropped what they were doing to take my call, or called me back ASAP.

2. Were punctual and reliable. They had to come twice and both times arrived when they said they would and called and gave me a heads up when they said they would. I got the impression they went out of their way to help me as quickly as possible.

3. Kept costs to a minimum and gave me all my options with accurate price estimates, even after my problem turned out to be much messier and more complicated than expected. I live in a very old house with very old pipes and as my problem turned out to be pretty extreme, they could have gouged me on the price… but they didn't!

4. Actually seemed to care about helping ME as a person. They were super busy working overtime, but between their first visit and their second, they kept in close contact and never forgot the details of my situation, and even followed up after everything was finished and they had already been paid, just to make sure everything was flowing smoothly and I didn't have any remaining questions or concerns.

5. Very professional. They've been doing this for a very long time, they know what they're talking about, and they're good at what they do. I wish everyone were like this!

I could go on and on — they're among the best contractors I've dealt with and I've dealt with quite a few. My advice to anyone reading this is: if you're stressing out about a sewer line problem or possible sewer line problem, don't try to fix it yourself and don't wait, just call Trisha and Josh. At the very least, call them about your problem and see what they say, they're really easy to talk to. The tools and skills they have made it very clear in the end that all the DIY attempts I made to fix the problem myself were completely futile and in some cases counter-productive.

Bottom line: 10/10, would use them again!

Bruce was so responsive and thoughtful in the way he approached our plumbing issue- making sure that he looked at the whole pipe to ensure he didn’t miss any other issues and it turns out there were 3 places that needed repair. We are so thankful for his help! My 5 year old daughter called him our “forever plumber” and we agree.

When we returned from vacation, we discovered a significant leak between the water shut off and the house. It was dumping 180 gallons every couple hours. We tried for *days* to get in touch with another company we had previously worked with. After they came out for an inspection, they totally ghosted us. So, WHO YOU GUNNA CALL? Price Busters! On Fourth of July weekend, I called Price Busters and they answered after hours. I couldn't believe it! First thing in the morning, they had a truck out to inspect and complete the work. They did it for thousands of dollars less than a competing company, too. Price Busters plumbers were professional, timely, tidy, and knowledgeable. I'm a forever customer now.
