We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. Tyler is fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Quick Response, for Small Problem

We had a hose bibb that did not work, and had trouble finding someone who would even respond to calls/email. Then we remembered driving by the Green Planet trucks on Fauntleroy. I submitted a request on their website and got a very quick response with a reasonable quote and upcoming availability - within a few days. I called Friday and they came on Monday (not an emergency for us).

Eeso walked thru the problem with me and had it fixed very quickly - did not even need any parts. He showed me what he was doing in case we had the same (stuck valve stem) problem again.

Green Planet will be my FIRST call next time!

Our kitchen sinks were clogged. We tried plunging, boiling water, and baking soda and vinegar. The clog was deep. Josh was great. Personable and professional. Our old house has old pipes with right angles and rusty connections. The fix required some determination! We appreciated the good service. Thank you, Josh!

I liked Prima Plumbing from the initial phone call. They answered my questions and explained my options. They're a time and materials shop, so you know you won't get screwed over. Their estimate was significantly better than what a competitor quoted me. Professional work. Left the kitchen clean. 100 percent recommend. Pete was wonderful!

The workman was competent and fixed the leaky shower control I about ½ hour. The part was less than $50 and the final bill was over $350.
Obvious price gouging for a service call.
The Timeless Plumbing Office Manager was unable to any details about the billing.
At this time, the owner of the company is to call me.

We’ve used Gene Johnson for several projects over the past 3 years. Our home is older and the galvanized pipe were very corroded, restricting water flow and drainage. We had previously had some pipes replaced but not all and our hot water heater. For the latest work we had them replace the remaining old pipes in the house with new pipes - this included new lines to the kitchen, bathroom, hose bib and we upgraded our garbage disposal. We requested Jose who’s done work for us in the past. He’s very nice, efficient, arrives on-time, finishes projects on-time, and cleans up the areas were he works. Highly recommend Jose and Gene Johnson.

I worked with Chris T. and his apprentice Tim for a toilet, sink, shower installation. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services.I also worked with Stonny for an electrician job and he did an excellent job and was very efficient and professional. I can’t recommend their services enough!
