The plumber Roto-Rooter sent was awesome. Not only did he do a great job but he tried to teach me more about plumbing so that in the future I could try to fix things myself. (Not sure I am capable of that but he was confident I could do it). Would definitely use them again.

I contacted them suspecting I had a severe water line leak, and they responded almost immediately and came out same day. Turns out it was a leaky hose bibb; they diagnosed it for free, and not only that, explained to me very clearly how I could most likely do the job myself. ALL AT NO CHARGE. I was able to do so---but I would call them again in an instant. I've found my new plumber. Trisha and Josh are simply fantastic.

We hired COMPLETE TRENCHLESS INC to put a new water service line using their trenchless technic. Cesar and his crew certainly master the task and did a very good job. The equipment they choose fits perfectly for the scope of a residential project, meaning it's cost-effective without losing much of the tunneling accuracy. Some other contractors we interviewed proposed using a boring machine, which to me is overkill and waste of $$. The new line was about 65 feet, went in within a day, along with a new shutoff at the location we preferred. The new line comes with a 25-year warranty on labor and materials. We are very pleased with their work and have recommended them to our neighbors, and whoever needs to replace their residential service line.

Shane and team are awesome. After our electrician struck a water pipe with his drill, I came across Shane’s contact info and he answered immediately and assured me he could swing by and fix our issue. Not only did he fix the issue quickly (<20 minutes to replace the pipe), he did a great job of explaining what he was doing and how it works. While he was here, I also took the opportunity to ask him about a different (non-emergent) plumbing issue and he was super helpful explaining how I could go about trying to resolve it myself (and save some $$$). Stand up guy. He’s very friendly, very knowledgeable, and was very easy to work with! I’ll definitely be calling Professional Plumbing next time I need plumbing help!
