We had to have our side sewer line replaced!!! It was a huge job and we were stressed about how much work was required. The Fox crew (James, Jose and Jason) was awesome. They were professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. They worked on our project for three days and took time to explain each step of the process. They finished the project on schedule and cleaned up our garden and yard. Fox Plumbing and Heating is awesome!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I had a flood in my condo on a holiday weekend and the Ballard Plumbing team was wonderfully responsive. Every other plumber I called had an automated phone tree in place, but a real person handled my call at Ballard Plumbing, quickly connected me to a plumber, and they were both patient and helpful through multiple follow-up calls, which made a tough experience much better.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

Needed a toilet repaired quickly, was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficiently Jimmy fixed it! Highly recommend his work!

We called Shane on a Saturday evening and he had our garbage disposal swapped by 11am Sunday! He had all the parts to fix in under 30 minutes and also made sure cords were tucked so we could use the cabinet space for storage. He showed us the corrosion in the old disposal and explained the lifespan of the unit we had prior. He wore a face covering during his visit and provided an all-around excellent experience. Would highly recommend if your disposal is humming like ours was to give him a call!

Beau and the A-Team knocked out a huge task in one afternoon; replacing a stretch of decades-old concrete sewer pipe (all quite unfortunately underneath my back deck). It was a good price and the service and professionalism were top shelf. Michael and Jeff stayed late to finish the job and put my yard and deck back together like it was their own. We would recommend Price Busters Plumbing to anyone.
