Fast service and quality work! Called on a Sunday night and they were out the next morning to replace my water heater.

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

You will get a high quality job at a much lower price than if you call a company with fancy TV ads and famous athletes. Remember: someone pays the cost of those TV ads featuring celebrity athletes: you do! Raymark gets their work through referrals from satisfied customers like me. I have been using Raymark Plumbing since my first house, back in mid 1980's and they always do a fine job, even better than expected. I only used Raymark when I was a contractor because I knew they would do it right the first time (and they did.) Their plumbers have decades of experience, their trucks are well stocked and the office staff knows how to talk plumbing.

So don't hesitate to call them and make an appointment. Then do what I do: explain what you want and quietly stay out of the way so they can do their job. They know how to make things right for you.

My furnace went out last night in these freezing temperatures. I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment TODAY!!! Omit is an expert in his field, attentive, straight forward and very nice. He walked me through the diagnostic process and explained everything to me. He found the issue and fixed it. I believe I have used Hans' Plumbing on four separate occasions now, for faucet replacement, sink + faucet replacement, shower cartridge replacement, shutoff valve replacement, and removing a broken-off shower arm from a tile shower wall and installing a replacement.
