Best Low Water Pressure in Seattle WA
I am very happy with Beacon Plumbing and Mechanical. Hot water was running brown water throughout the whole house, suspected the hot water tank as cold water was clear and the tank was 15 years old. Stopped freakin' and called Beacon at 4:30PM on a Wed and they set up a service representative to come out next morning at 9AM.Service rep Paul called ahead next morning and was at my door just before 9. Nice guy, super knowledgeable and very careful and self sufficient. With over 36 steps to the roof deck where the tank resides he managed it all! Great job, waived the $75 service fee and gave me a 50% discount on the expansion tank that also needed to be replaced.Cost? Well sure I could have bought a gas hot water tank a bit cheaper on my own, but heck why put myself and my friends (would need help getting it up all those stairs!) through all that time and stress. That and I am no plumber, gas lines and water lines? I could do it...sure with some help, but not without a lot of hand wringing! These guys are professionals, it's warrantied and got it done quickly and done right. Worth every penny. Thanks Paul, thanks Beacon!

Had Beacon out to replace our residential hot water heater- quoted $4,800!! No thanks. Went another route. Sadly we felt Beacon took advantage of the situation - price gouging.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

Update:
Cesar reached out, apologized and rescheduled for another day. This time the team arrived and made a great job replacing the water line.
Original review:
From the other reviews it seems that this company does a decent job.
However, in my case they didn't arrive at all.
Two days before the scheduled appointment, and a week after they provided me with the estimate and a start date, Cesar stopped replying to my emails, and they never arrived. Now I need to find another contractor, and a week was lost.

She explained everything to the T and walked me through whats happening next.Technician: Paul is one of a kind! Highly recommend and will continue to only work with Paul moving forward. He really made sure that the job got done and he didnt stop until he got it done. It was like hanging out with a friend doing house work and it was a great time! After doing a bit of online review searching to replace my leaking water heater, I called Raymark over the weekend and got a call back first thing Monday morning from Kami. Shortly after she sent me an e-mail asking to take a few photos so they could send me an accurate quote. Later that day Ty called and gave me a quote ($1,700 for a 50 Gallon tank) and that he could book me ASAP. I was able to get an appointment the very next morning. John and Brady came out on time and could not have been more courteous and professional. I also had them check out a leaky external faucet they were able to replace too for an additional charge. They were in an out in just a couple of hours. Compared to my experience with a washing machine repair company that took multiple phone calls and a lengthy waitlist, this was a walk in the park. Time is money and having this addressed so quickly and with limited phone calls made me a lifelong customer. Thank you!
