I had major problems with the administrative side of this Rotorooter office regarding payment and correspondence with my insurance. The technicians took only my tenants info down, which subsequently lead to problems with receiving notification and correspondence about payments due. I called Rotorooter requesting some records of the sewer scope they had done, and only because I called them did I learned that my account was almost 90 days past due because they hadn't received payment from my insurance. Sheri at Rotorooter sent me some email correspondence between her and my insurance, and told me she was following up with them again, but then 4 days later left me a voicemail that my account was being sent to collections if I didn't pay that day. She was incredibly unprofessional and accusatory. I will not ever use their services again.

The plumbers were on time, friendly, and were able to diagnose the problem, which was different than what I thought it was. They didn't have the exact item to fully fix the problem, so they left, got the part, and returned quickly to finish the job. And the cost of the call was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using Wezee's again!

Chuck and Brian did a great job unclogging my driveway drain. They discovered the issue immediately and were dedicated to correcting it along with instructions to prevent the roots from coming back and clogging the drain again. They put in maximum effort, were kind and direct. I would definitely recommend. Support your small businesses. They deserve it.

Jennifer (the scheduler) and Josh O. (the plumber technician) were extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Josh was very professional and informative while explaining and diagnosing the issue. And helped explain what was happening. I’m very thankful for the service provided!

They did a great job with a leaking supply line! It was old and corroded they came out and swapped it out for me. Happy with the price and the quality of work .

Had an issue with a toilet in our gym and called Joe's due to all the 5-star reviews on Google. Great response (they were able to come the next day) but charged us almost $500 to install a toilet that we provided with good research (about 1 hour of work). They left without telling us that the toilet was not flushing properly. Called them back and again good response time (came the next day). After diagnosing that the toilet had a manufacturer's defect - the water was not coming through the rim to completely flush - told us they could sell us and install a 'better' toilet for $960. The final bill was over $1200, with no credit or discount for installing the bad toilet. So overall, a new toilet cost us about $1700!! Will not be calling them again. Way too expensive.

Had a problem with a leak in the kitchen sink. Dan came over and was really great. Very professional, and appreciated his patience. Found the problem and got it fixed quickly. Was respectful of the home. Answered all my questions and explained things well. I would highly recommend going with Dan at Raymark again.
