You could hear water running, but 3 people prior to Fox Plumbing couldn't find the leak. The leak was fixed and I was given information about the galvanized pipe that my house has and some options for replacing it. Jerrod N was awesome - great customer service, friendly and informative! I called them on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday to fix a leak in what we thought was the main pipe from our home to the hot water heater. They called with a cancelation and they were able to come out the same day! Rick showed up, reviewed our issue and it turned out it wasn’t the main pipe after all and would be an easy fix. He was very informative and helpful. He was able to work with me on the cost of the repairs too and got right to work. Everything was finished in just over an hour! I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

Bruce answered my original call immediately and let me know he'd check his schedule and get back to me. He called me back the next day and scheduled a visit for the following day. Kevin came out on time and performed the work to jet out our sewer line. It was 80% full of roots, they showed me everything on the camera and explained everything they did. All costing was discussed in advance, no surprises, very professional and friendly, and they'll be back in 2 years to check it at no charge. I keep Bruce in my phone for a reason. Excellent work.

Farid was fantastic! He came by on very short notice and gave a reasonable quote. He fixed the main issue and went the extra mile to make sure our toilets and showers were fixed as well. Ryan was here within 30 minutes after our 1st floor condo toilet and shower drain overflowed with raw sewage due to a downstream blockage of the common sewer 3 story drainpipe stack. Ryan cleaned up the mess, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it (at least until the HOA comes up with a needed permanent fix). He's got a crappy job but was 100% pleasant and clearly enjoys using his knowledge and talent to please distraught customers. This was our first time using Fox, and our HOA will likely use them now for all our plumbing needs - because our after-hours call was the result of our regular HOA plumber failing to show as scheduled 6 hours earlier. (I'd post a photo, but you'd probably throw up.)

The team was amazing! We had a complicated water heater repair that required them to work with other contractors to find the best solution. They were patient, responsive and flexible. The work was completed to code, esthetically pleasing and affordable. We will call Green House first for any plumbing repairs in the future.
